Get those codes first, cutting things apart to physically inspect could wind up making the situation a bigger repair.

I looked into it i can either loosen the cats at the headers to create a gap or remove precat o2 sensors so exhaust can flow and if that works then the cats are bad

Stock 3.55 gears matched with 33" tires suck big time, it will be down on power, mpg's in other words a real dog. I know this from experience with the combo till I finally swapped to 4.56 gears.

Just disconnect the cat from the header, that'll be your best test

I know my daily had 35s and stock gears for a while then i regeared by ******* i mean goes maybe 5mph tops 10 it does not dog that much on stock gears

Well the 2000 is a 3 cat system or 2 and something else i cut the cat off by the muffler runs fine but loud there are still two on a y pipe after the headers where 4 o2 sensors are so i guess the problem is solved
