Hey Slick, what about with one side at full up and the opposite side at full droop, any rubbing then? Mine don't rub until I'm completely flexed out, and only if it comes up hard and compresses my bump stop a little. I should probably extend my bumps, I know, but everything is smoothed out so if they do rub I'm not really worried about it, plus I don't mind a little trail damage, adds character.

 

It's just about there. There's no tire on the other side. Spring unseated. The brake is almost on the ground. Before I trimmed I damn near ripped the flair off. I could probably go up higher and shorten my bump stops but meh... maybe later after some fine tuning.

 

Gotcha, and if you look close at the pic of mine on the RTI ramp, you can see my front flare flapping on the back half. So I know what you mean about almost ripping them off. I'm in the process of building my flats so that wont happen anymore. And to OP, sorry for the small hijack.
