Default Best complete tie rod kit?

So i had major death wobble and figured ou it was my tie rod ends causeing the problem. so i went out and ordered all 4 tie rod ends. for some reason all the tread are different sizes and what not so i have to send them back. no local shops are able to tell me the parts i need.. i have an 89 base model Cherokee. im over trying to get the stock parts. so just want a complete assembly. whats a good kit out there for a decent price? dont want to empty my bank but am wanting a complete kit so i don't have to mess up ordering again

Not sure why things got messed up. Either you told them the wrong parts or they ordered the wrong parts. Cant be messed up any other way. Tell them the exact parts you need and if they come in wrong, they screwed up.

As far as replacing everything because the TRE's got screwed up, thats up to you. I have no ideas for you there.

Where did you order the parts from? Here is your other thread...

I answered your post.

OP are you going for stock replacement parts or upgraded parts?

Stock replacement parts from Autozone...

Tie rod (connects pitman arm to adjustment sleeve) ES2222L
Adjustment sleeve (connects tie rod to drag link) ES2080S
Drag link (Connects adjustment sleeve to passenger knuckle) DS1046

If you want a ZJ linkage here is my post for the autozone parts...

ES2079S (tie rod adjustment sleeve)
ES3096 (tie rod end right outer)
DS1312 (tie rod end right inner)

Total for all parts shipped from Autozone.com was about $78

If you want stock replacement parts...
Tie rod end (inner) ES2223R
Tie rod end (outer) ES2221L
Adjustment sleeve DS1045S

so all i really need is the tie rod ends and not the adjust mentsleves. so if i am correct i would need:

Tie rod end (inner) ES2223R
Tie rod end (outer) ES2221L
Tie rod (connects pitman arm to adjustment sleeve) ES2222L
Drag link (Connects adjustment sleeve to passenger knuckle) DS1046

I just bought the ZJ upgrade from advance, i got it for about 50 bucks, after discount.

go to advance auto website. if you get all the parts you need and put them in the cart, enter coupon code VISA, saves you 10 off 30, 30 off 75, or 50 off 150.

if for instance your store doesnt have a part in stock, if you spend over 75, including coupon, you get free ship.

to get the ZJ upgrade parts, for the vehicle put in 1995 jeep grand cherokee laredo, pick the 5.2 for engine. get the upgrade parts in your cart. then change the vehicle to your year to give you the rest. I couldnt find the ZJ parts when i had my 96 as the main vehicle... it didnt want to show parts that wouldnt fit.

I ***** the heck out of the coupon code all the time. I recently bought a brand new hitch, 15mm ratcheting wrench, and sway bar bushings, for 105 bucks, after tax, and free ship on the hitch... irrelevant here, but good to know when needing parts.

the long tie rod connects to the passenger side, the adjustment sleeve will be more on the driver side.
