bed lining the whole cherokee
I did my hood and roof and it took 1 gallon of Hervuliner. It has lasted the summer in TN with no wear or fading. I don't think you can do the whole Jeep with 2 gallons, especially if you spray.

Its Awesome to have it all bedlined. No regrets
Pros: Looks cool
no more scratches
Attention getter no matter where you go.
Cons: expensive
it faded
what to do after a fender bender?
This is what it looks like now.

I think it still looks good to. But remember mine was a spray by Eagle. Some other kind (spray or rollon) might not hold up as good as this kind. I also have had it in coverd parking 90% of the time. It cost me 600.00 but that was a buddy deal and I did all the sanding my friend just taped and sprayed.

I cannot give any advice on rolling it on other than to make sure you take all the paint off. Take it down to bare metal. Rough up the surface to give it something to stick to (more surface area). Make sure its dust free. To do or not do? Its a lot of work but to me it was worth it.

I just did the outside of my xj with monstaliner a couple of weeks ago. Its not suppose to fade or chalk in sunlight. I rolled mine on and used right at 2 gallons. The texture on it is similar to an orage peel so it doesnt trap dirt and cleans up easy.

i dont have any experiance with this stuff but logicially anything rough and with small pores seems like its certainly going to be harder to clean and keep clean than something smooth an non porous

So what about a smooth bed liner?
I did the tintable liner so i had to buy the paint pigment with the 2 gallon kit. It was right at $300 for everything. I bought a few extra foam rollers with the kit too. The price will depend on what color you want to do. Mine is done in pyroclastic which is a charcoal grey.

It should. It was in a heavy downpour last night and it looks fine. Look on jeepforum under vendor display for the monstaliner thread. There are alot of guys on there that have used it and claim that it holds up great. Some have had it on their jeeps for over 3 years with no problems
