Has anyone ever installed the B&M Unimatic Shifters 80775 in there Cherokee? Or any other after market shiftier for that matter. I know it doesn't list the AW4, but its a cable linkage. I could make any small brackets if need be. Any input could be usefull. The reason i'm looking to install is, the stock cable broke and the shifter is in pretty bad shape anyway.

Dont want to spend that much? The B&M shifter is $125! So what if it uses the stock cable, easier to get replacement parts and how often does the stock cable ever fail? Ive never heard of one going bad. That and the B&M shifter is gawdy!
