aux fan toggle questions. help

aux fan toggle questions. help
My winch, ARB bumpers fog lights ect..
are causing me to run hot in 75 degree weather. Around 220-230 , when I turn a/c on my aux fan never turns on, no matter what temp the engine is running at. I haven't done any testing yet to see what the issue is but I want to upgrade the aux fan to a more powerfull one and add on/off toggle switch how would i do this and what will I need? Parts wise anything I should be looking at?, I want a quality single aux fan setup I can run on a switch when the vehical is on or off.
