Alright everybody so ive been reading around and i see all this talk about axles. i am Most likely going to go with a 4.5 inch lift followed by, at a later date, a 2" puck and shackle. so with this ultimately 6.5 inch lift on 33or 35 inch tires should i swap my front and rear axles to d44 or d60's

That would be a great setup right there. This would help in several ways, Stability, considering you are thinking 6.5 and 35's.
Strength, something a D30 or D35 seriously lack.
Steering, much stronger steering components, another thing the D30 lacks
Tie rods, ball joints, bearings, RP and shaft that can handle the 35's with much more ease.

Well I wanted to get a 44 front and 60 rear but they're so expensive

Well i ran 35's on stock axles (d30/c8.25) with about 4.5" lift. Did have to buy chromoly axle shaft for the front after blowing them up a few times and rear was locked. Just dont drive it like dumb dumb.

Ford 8.8 is a cheap and plentiful and will hold up to 35's. some come with disc brakes too.

you dont need a d60 for 35s, thats way overkill and would be a rock anchor. d44 would be OK, not necessarily needed but would make you more reliable on the trail

This. If youre going to upgrade axles for 35s, d44 up front and an 8.8 in the rear would be good, just make sure you get the right wms d44
