hey Patrick, I have been looking at doing the same. I found some for sale on ebay, but have the scrap here. However, the ad gave me an idea on how to build them.

If you plan on mounting lights to your A-Pillars make sure you chose the correct lamps.
Never install anything other than a pencil beam. Fog or flood lights have no business here. they create a tremendous amount of glare and reduce you visibility.
Fogs and floods should be up front and below the headlights, pencil/spots lights go above the lights, preferably above the hood.
