Hey guys I know there's other threads about this topic but I haven't been able to find an exact answer for my situation. I have a kicker zx2500 and 2 12 L7s and I want to mount the amp to my backseat rather than the box and this big *** thing will not fit under the seat. What screws should I get to successfully mount this/any other tips? Also, I need to keep the box from sliding around, any suggestions? An uncle suggested quick disconnects but I have no clue how to go about doing that. Any other options? Thanks in advance for any help

If i am correct the back of the seat is sheet metal, so self tapping screws would work. Not too long or you'll poke someone!.... oh and DONT use the bolts that mount the seat back in as your ground location. I found that out the hard way.

For the box, i would say right angle brackets. My buddy did that in his mustang and they haven't moved one bit. Just careful what you're drilling and screwing into. My solution to keep my sub from moving was to just fill the rest of the trunk up!

First post woo!
