Throttlebody & Injector Swap Issues
Just completed the swap on my 94 2.5. Swapped sensors on the TB(from a 95 4.0) and new o rings in the injectors (#703s from a 96 Neon). Cleaned everything really well. Disconnected battery and touched leads together for 1 min. Started and ran great with a slight hunting in the idle (readjusting I think). Response is much sharper and idles smoother, however on the test drive it acts like it runs out of fuel above 3k rpm (falls on its face!). CEL came on with codes for IAC, MAP and IAT. It ran great all the way up to 5k rpm before. Surely, it is not flowing that much extra fuel with just this swap. Don't want to start throwing parts at the thing when it may be somthing simple I am missing. BTW, waiting on a buddy to bring back my fuel pressure guage to verify the pressure.
