I ended up cutting my old muffler off (replaced with a stock one) and just using a mallet to make it snug around the pipe, then I pit the clamp on. Tighten and enjoy.

For my new Flowmaster i just hammered the old muffler and tailpipe off. I took the new muffler and cut across the intake about an inch, then used a 2 1/4 clamp to bring it real snug. My clamp had a 9/16ths nut so i used my breaker bar and tightened it till my my shoulder came out of socket again lol

Oh ok, i though the 10's were pretty short. My new 44 is on with out a tailpipe cause its shorter than the old muffler. Its pretty loud, and of course Happy belated B' day man!!

Yeah you could pick up a flex pipe or another regular pipe and keep the tailpipe to keep the noise down. I like it during the day but going to school early or coming home late at 11 or later in my neighborhood is going to get me into some trouble i think
