I have 3.75's with 31's, LCAs and leafs are fine but I had to trim the flares and front bumper endcaps.

Having a shimmy in my axle again... Only at 35-40 mph, feels fine at 60. Track bar bolts are tight and so are the LCA's. Just started noticing yesterday and today, more so with the KM2's. Need to drop tire pressure i know, but i dont understand what else could cause it

you check the tre's on your tie rod? just make sure your tie road and drag link are tight.

Would they come loose with the castle nuts on them and all or are you talking about if they're done for?

It's just odd to be between 35-40

Just grab them and shake them real hard. If they move you've got problems lol

And have you checked the bolts on the steering box to make sure they havent backed out some?

No but i should. Im gonna go tighten all of them. Still need 3 more bolts for the passenger side and hopefully they'll line up real easy

I mentioned this before but my buddy's upper trackbar heim joint wore out and was starting to cause wobble. Pushing the top of the tire side to side you could see the slop in the joint.

With wheeling thats not an uncommon thing depending on his lift height. Tell him to get the double shear upgrade, much stronger and then he wont have to worry with it again.

U-bolt torque for Rubicon Express kit? I checked the RE install manual and it doesn't say. Internet forum search for lift kits range anywhere from 45-90 ft/lbs. Repair manual says 52. I just did 85 today (didn't read the repair book first. oops) and noticed the U-bolts bent sideways and the top plate seemed to bend too.

In the long run these bolts don't matter because my buddy is giving me his "built" C8.25 to replace my D35 and I'll have to get new bolts anyway. I just want to get it right for this axle.
