With a 97 plus you will probably need an sye and new drive shaft with 3 inches. Different brands define 3 inch lifts differently. Rubicon express 3.5 inch usually measures about 4-4.5, rc, zone, and rustys usually give closer to 3 inches.

If you offroad, decide what tire size you want, then how much lift you need based on break over angle, COG, and whether you want to trim.
If you're doing it for looks, decide what tire size you want, whether you want to trim, and how much lift you want to make it look "right" to you.

Save money and buy what you want.

UCA's would probably be different length for the long arm on a 4 link. You could make a radius work, as the tj and xj D30 are the same.. so the axle end links should line up if they use the stock brackets. Might take a little bit of modification on the frame side end, but you can make it work im sure.
