Blocks are garbage. AAL is hit and miss. Get full packs and never look back

Get rid of those blocks, they can cause axle wrap. Get a new leaf pack. Does it sag real bad in the back?

Look at full traction. Naxja koh Xj uses it. It looks amazing. Seems to perform amazing. And that is all

Ok so i went to advanced auto parts this morning to try to buy the yj brake hoses for the front and back of my xj. When they showed me the lines they look shorter than what i have and the one for the rear looks to be a different size fitting.

Can anyone tell me the right part number maybe for the lines?

Should i try the dakota one for the rear and see if that is the same? part number for that would be good also!

BTW these are bolt on or do i need to mod! thanx

94 or 95 YJ lines should work just fine.

Buy two fronts and one rear.

Ok, I'm finalizing the purchase for my 3" lift. I'm doing s10 leafs in the back and a rough country 3" for the rest. I'm confused about hardware. What hardware will I need when doing the lift. I know that I need new center pins and clamps, but what about u-bolts? Anything I'm missing? Also, where should I buy these things from? Rough country wants 40+ for the hardware, anything cheaper?

Thanks

If you get the rough country kit it should come with the center pins and leaf clamps. All the ones ive installed did. You will need new u bolts and a ton of PB Blaster. Plus whatever you break in the process
Iron rock sells ubolts for like $25 I believe

The things is, I have a special order do that the AAL doesn't come with the kit. He won't sell me the hardware with the kit:/ entry level is $255, II is $345 normally. But WITHOUT the AAL, the kits are $215 and $305. Buying hardware separately for 40 bucks would raise the total cost back up to what it was with the AAL. Strange.

new centering pins, new spring clips, new ubolts. Also plan on breaking all the shocks bolts, so have replacements for those (5/16-16 x 1 1/2" IIRC with nuts and washers)

you can get the centering pins and shock bolts at the hardware store. Spring clips from a local spring shop or online, ubolts from autozone

Pay the money, get the AAL, sell the AAL

because it's not meant to be sold without the AAL. Just fork it out and be done.

Yeah, but I was wondering if I could buy the hardware elsewhere to save money. If i can't, I'll just go with the aal

I doubt it. You'd be better off with the AAL.
