Hey guys, sorry for the terrible question.
I have some 235's on my XJ, and the 15" steel rims.
Now, the manual says that tires should be inflated to 33psi? Something like that.
However on the tire it says up to 52psi I think.
The tires sag at the bottom which is why I think I should inflate more. Right now they are at 39psi.
What psi should I be using?

So how much (approximate, I assume; condition, age, etc.) lift will V8 ZJ coils and an S10 bastard pack give me?
Oh, and will 31"s rub on a 3" lift, without trimming?

Hello all. A while back I found a wrecked 90 with an unknown lift at the junkyard. Yesterday I installed the rear springs which consist of an add-a leaf, with a much better spring pac than my old worn out negitive arched leaves. Gave me right about 4". the rubber brake line hooked back up, but I will be replacing it ASAP because it looked like much axel travel and it could pull apart. Today I am going to install the front kit which consists of coils and 2" plastic spacers. I am guessing that this is a 3" lift kit more or less. I would have also bought various front suspension / steering parts but, the donor cherokee looked like it had hit a utility pole. The big question is, aside from probably needing longer brake hose, will I be needing to move the track bar or any other front end parts? How about transfer case drop? I'm hoping to not have to mess with it. I will post my progress later today. Here is a "pre-lift" picture. Worn out stock springs with 31" Super Swampers. I'm gonna go start on the front now. I will be checking in every time I take a coffee break. Thanks, zim

Yeah you're gonna want to relocate the track bar. You shouldn't need a t-case drop at 3", because it's a '90 and it has the longer output housing.

A few hours later and my 90 is setting up where she needs to be. Took the fender flares off and still need to trim the front. Ended up only using the 2" poly spacer in the front. That leaves me a bit high in the rear, but it allowed me to leave the track bar alone. Other than new shocks all around, and a longer rear brake line. I think I'm good to go. Here's the almost finished look.
i just did my lift. i used castle penetrating oil instead of pb blaster. i sprayed the control arms, upper rear shock bolts, rear shackles, rear brakeline nuts, inside the pockets of where the leafs mount in the rocker, steering stabilizer bolt, old u-bolts on rear leafs, steering linkage, etc. i dont know why im attempting to list everything, but i did spray pretty much everything. anything that is rusty and you think needs to be sprayed, spray it.
