Quick lift question for you guys. I picked up a 3"in BDS kit today for cheap. My question is on the bushings for the leafs. This is a brand new set of leafs and Energy poly bushings. Should I put some anti-seize on the bushings when I install them in the leafs?

Hi guys,
I'm new to cherokeeforum. I just got a 1995 cherokee XJ. Completely stock and wanted to start by adding some wheels and tires. I want to get the Mamba MR1 17" wheels with LT255/75R-17 BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM. Can I fit those on with a stock suspension or do I have to get a lift kit first? I will eventually get a lift kit but wanted to know if I can get and install the tires and wheels first.
Thanks.

the biggest you can fit on stock suspension (and rims) is 235/75/15 (converts to 29" x 9.25" x 15") or on the 17" rims it would be 235/65/17
a 4" lift would barely clear those tires (prolly have to trim anyways) 5" would clear it pretty well

Here's the exact tire, 32.1" I was close
Either way gonna need 4" -5" of lift

I'm looking at this lift.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Jeep-Cheroke...r#ht_947wt_786
Would I need any other parts or could I take this right out of the box and put it on?? p.s. i know i'd need shocks, just wondering about anything else.
thanks
