Agree with SatricalHen ^ Mine is only a 3" kit now and running 32x11.5x15. I know they are not 33" but I would have no issues getting 33" under a 4.5" lift and like above mentioned I bet I could on my current setup.

okay then I believe that is the one I'm setting my mind towards, I wanted to make sure that I got a kit that had an entire bee set of springs. Also, and forgive me for not knowing, it this just a suspension lift or is it long/short arm. On the rustys website I searched long arm but it gave me every kit instead of just long arm

It is a full suspension lift with non adjustable short arms.
I personally think it would be worth the extra $120 - $160 for adjustable control arms.
Otherwise it looks like that kit has everything you need. Pretty decent price as well.
I would recommend picking up some new coil spring isolators if yours are getting old.

Hi all,
Had a 3-1/2 " Tuff Country lift done about 2 weeks ago...When I picked her up, she had a rear BLOCK lift done as apposed to the leaf replacement I had requested...After some back and forth, and feed back from forum members,
I told the installers the blocks would not work for me....it looked OK, but the leafs appeared stressed, and the ride wasn't great... plus the leafs are 23 years old, and I'm taking it down to Baja next month...
So today, picked it up with the new leafs. It sits about 3/4" higher than the block lift, (see pics) and the ride in my opinion is much better.. I'm pleased....BUT...
Now it seems like 31" tires is what it calls for, as apposed to the 29s that are on there now... That will have to wait a bit....Maybe after I get her to Mexico.
Thanks to those that gave me feedback... and the rest of you all as well....

Happy to help!
Keep in mind, those new leafs will settle a bit as you break them in. You can throw some weight in the back if you want to expedite the process. Sandbags or masonry are common

There’s obviously a heavy following of this thread so I’m going to throw a question out there . Let’s say you could do it all over again and you wanted to fit 32/11.50’s or 33/12.50s and have as much flex as possible but have good road manners and not completely rob the bank . Would you buy a package lift and add a few things or piece one together and what would you use? I’m leaning heavily towards short arms with lca drop brackets for a better ride without breaking the bank . Let’s hear it any and all opinions welcome . Plan is to regear to 4.56 as well .
