The scene when the camera pans over the parts for his supra, theres SO many extra parts, like 3 turbos or something similar.. The original F&F Eclipse is/was for sale as of a few days ago. Looks kinda goofy, but its built to 300HP so at least its got a little show to match the go.. I remember being in Foxboro, Mass when the first one came out. Leaving the theater was like the scene when the cops show up and everyone scatters… ****ing ricers EVERYWHERE driving like you'd expect..

But let's not get too far off topic here, folks
On topic: Will a locker eat rear tires on the pavement faster than open diff?

Haha.. Im trying to have all the fun I can with my worn out AT's before the winters go on.. I really don't want to rip on them too hard.. Just too damn broke.. So, yeah, a comment earlier said there was more issue with eating tires off road than on. Makes sense a LSD/selectable won't cause issues (unless in F&F mode), but I figured with an auto locker it would have to have an impact.. Dunno..

Right- all about circumstance.. Lots of city driving and tight corners/full lock turning on soft mud tires and I'm sure you'll see rapid wear.. My DD TrailBlazer has a LSD and I have no issues.. Other than that my DD has an LSD and my WW doesn't..

Well an auto-locker will keep the wheels locked as long as there's enough force going into it to keep the halves pressed together. If you do a lot of city driving and ALWAYS coast through turns, I could totally see that being easier than country driving where there are miles of twisty roads and you have cruise control on to maintain speed.

Sorry I don't know too much about leaf springs. I am looking for under 3" of lift for leaf springs. I have been reading a lot on bastard packs but they all use the whole s10 pack under the xj main spring and it gets around 3" for most, even higher for some. Is it possible to mix and match xj and s10 leafs to get a slightly lower lift or is that not advised?

Well its a DD so I value road manners. I live in Idaho so I do a lot of dirt trails and them occasionally we take a trip to an ORV park where we do the rock garden, I also go snow wheeling during the winter. Honestly to this point I've never been in anything where I've felt the need to air down, that being said I'm also fairly new to wheeling so I probably don't know where it would be advantageous to air down in the first place. As always I appreciate the guidance man
