usually at 3 inches you wont need anything. but sometimes you will get vides and hvae to get a t case drop. steering is fine but you will either need new trac bar or need to relocate it.

Even going over a curb to fast they rub man. So I would say go with 31's or throw a lil more lift on....hope this helps...u can go to my pro as well if ya wanna see what it looks like to..they does look good though with the 33's

howdy fellers, new guy here. skippin the formalities... i have a 1993 XJ country... i wanna run a wide tire, 31 seems too small. i want a daily driver that looks like itll climb a mountain and could actually do it... i wanna run a 33x12.5... im going with cragar soft 8's, i want the tires to stick out about 2 inches from the fenders.. maybe 1 inch. anyway, will a 3'' lift fit 33's? im sure this has been asked, but i dont plan on crawlin on the trails and flexing a lot, but it will see some trails just nothing extreme... i want something that looks good, rides and rives good and can hold its own on the trails when or if it hits them. i dont want to trim fenders... lift blocks would work for me because i dont plan on hitting the trails hard enough to do some real damage. even shackles. throw me some ideas. i looked up a lot on the WJ jeeps and lifting them, but these XJ's are different. any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I need some new bushings for my Rusty's 3.5" leaf springs should I go with the rubber bushings or the polyurethane ones?
also is Rusty's my only option for bushings or do other companies make bushings that will fit?

Yea man sounds like u would be good then...u.may still rub a lil if the sway bars are dq'd....but if not u should be fine
I have a 95 XJ with a 4.5" lift I currently have 35's that don't rub due to triming.
I want to know what the best set-up for flex and droop would be without going any higher.
I am,however, willing to go back to 33" tires.
