Take a look at Iron Rock Offroad and Zone Offroad. Zone is the best of the budget brands, and IRO is one of the cheaper intermediary brands. If you're willing to spend a little more for quality, also take a look at Rubicon Express.

Exactly...Don't buy junk just to get your tires to fit unless you've got deep enough pockets to order another kit and go through the removal/replacement game again. Not to mention the possibility of a break down. Save a little more and do it right the first time. Regrets and hindsight can get really expensive.

Like clown said. If you go with a 3.5" kit and add on top of that a budget lift, you Will now have to change other items. The shocks May need to get changed. SyE is now more of a necessity. Etc

SYE is going on anyways, but I just wanted to see if that combo could actually get me onto 33s without rubbing. Will a 1.5 budget boost on a 3.5 kit make a 5 inch lift?

Majority of the time 3.5" coils and leafs will net you between 4-5in of total lift. That is until they settle in. If it where me i would just do the 3.5" lift for now and do some trimming. Then down the road once everything has settled in look at doing spacers/shackles. Just make sure to use quality parts.

If you are flexing, you will need to trim to fit 33's. Going down the road 5" lift should get you by. I could only turn my 33's about 1/2 way with the 3.5 RE coils on stock flares, with the coils netting me around 4" lift. For the rear, the stock flares haven't given me any issues as of yet.

The guys have given good guidance, but let me state that the JK shocks won't work at that height. Mine were maxed out at 3", so I recommend them for a 2" budget boost.

Thats why i love my BPEs. My rubi shocks at 4" sit comfortably. Close to max but havent had issues with "takeoff" with those dips in the road
I use my XJ as a commuter and don't want to go nuts. The following pics is what I would like it to end up looking like. Any idea what lift, tire and wheel sizes are in these pics. They look really close in lift and tire, wheel sizes to me.
Thanks!
Thanks!

if I had to guess the red and blue xj's are 3 or 3.5" inches with 31's and the black one might be at 4.5 with 32 or 33's
