If you have to trim, you won't notice it.

Which lift kit? I have RE 3.5", sits more like 4-4.5". I can run 32x11.5 BFG MTs with no rub (unless I hit a serious pothole at cruise speed). But I prefer my 31s. No trimming required on mine. But depends on the lift u buy, weight of your rig, terrain...general consensus is that every Jeep is different. You're gunna have to probably figure this out by trial and error. If any trimming is necessary, it'll be small and easy...until you decide to go larger.

Nice. I'm going to install flat fenders so I can do 33s but think I wanna do an axle swap first. My only problem is that I have nowhere to do the work. That and I can't guarantee using my bike when my XJ is down due to weather. I mean, I just looked at the forecast...snow tonight ...C'MON ALREADY!!!!!!!!

Hey guys, just wondering if these sizes will work well together. Looking to put the new 2014 Rubicon wheels on my Cherokee XJ without trimming. I'm not doing any hard trails. Just a little mudding here and there.

The bolt pattern will not fit the XJ without adapters.
The larger wheel will reduce sidewall height and likely offer a rougher ride.

http://www.jeep4x4center.com/rough-c...-rc-630xp.html this was the lift I'm planning on going with, unless someone has some insight in to somewhere I could save money but still get a quality lift.
I've never used Rough Country, but I hear their lifts are junk. When I called 4wheelparts last year to order my lift, they said they stopped carrying them because they weren't honoring their warranties. 4wp was honoring the warranties for them but was never getting reimbursed.
