i'd say it depends on the long arms. I'm sure he's running a LOT of bump stopping in the front as well

With the bend in the passenger side arm you might have problems.

Full Traction has a 3.5" long arm lift. They may sell just the upgrade but its not listed on there site. PM AOR. He sells FT stuff and has gotten a few guys a nice discount on Rock Krawler lifts.

You might get another inch out of it, but you still need to spend money to do that properly. It isn't just spacers and shackles.

Looking at extended rear brake lines, CAs possibly, trac bar. So many different issue you can run into.
Hi. First post.
I just installed OME leaf springs on my 94 XJ. The springs were listed as a 2.75" lift from stock. I also installed rubicon shocks to replace the ancient original shocks. It may be worth noting that my leaf springs were flat and probably original. The jeep has 330k miles on it. The spring install was straight forward, just required a bit of imagination to fit the very springy springs in. Everything is torqued down to specs, with new bushings and hardware.
The problem is the horrible noise coming from my rear driveshaft now. I replaced the ujoints in the rear driveshaft but the noise and vibration remained. I removed the rear driveshaft and drove a short distance with only my front driveshaft and the noise and vibration was gone.
Everything I have read suggests that the ujoint angles would not be an issue at this height. The angle of the joints looks identical and not very steep regardless. I am worried that perhaps my slip yoke is not catching well. Any advice? Should I try a 1" tcase drop and/or swap in a YJ slip yoke? I feel like an SYE for 2.75" lift in the back is ridiculous. I would rather drive around with sandbags in the back to bring down the springs than spend the money for an SYE.
