I wouldn't do all this for a road trip car, but that's just me. I would do 3" and 31's since it is more DD and highway friendly, and probably cheaper.

My mileage was around 13 on my 70+ mile commute, but I am burning some oil and there were a couple of other inconsistent factors.

Yes, with a 5speed that will be plenty deep for 35's. You shouldn't notice much of a change going to 31's.

Spent an hour google-surfing and still no luck. Also, it looks like the next-to-last (next-to-bottom) leaf is the add-a-leaf... Can anyone confirm this? I'd like to pull them and put them in my packs. If it helps, here's one close-up of the leaf packs and one of the LCAs.
I second the RE on the LCAs but for the leafs I know every AAL I've seen goes in the middle and the fact it looks like the most arched spring leans toward confirming that. But that's just in my reference

Good springs, not so good arms/joints.

Money would be better spent elsewhere IMO - Rock Krawler, Rubicon Express, Clayton. You get what you pay for and will be much happier doing it right the first time.

What are your opinions of the zone 4.5" full leaf kit?

Good brand, especially for the price. Any particular questions?

Know anyone that runs it? How's it hold up? Just an overall question. I bought the kit the other day and I won't be home til July to put it on(deployed). Just want to see what I'm in for

You made a solid choice. Did you opt for the full leaf packs or did you settle for the Add A Leaf option?

Smart man. You oughta be satisfied with your choice. Could you provide a link to exactly what you bought, though? Some manufacturers (and some kit variants) don't include everything you should replace. This often works for the benefit of customers who want to mix and match parts without placing a custom order.

Kit is pretty complete. I do suggest using a little bit more of that deployment money to get an SYE instead of using that included TC drop.

The transfer case drop just moves the binding problem from the driveshaft to the motor mounts. A proper fix for the driveline vibrations you'll likely face would be to ignore the TC drop (which takes away ground clearance) and install a Slip Yoke Eliminator kit instead.

Tons of literature available on the topic.
