Your rough country leafs being to short aren't helping. Also you might have better luck with the no lift relocation brackets.

Couple reasons. Help clear the stock shackle box. Suppose to help from letting leaf being inverted. I love my boomerang shackles over the extended shackles i once had. These ride better

Assuming you didn't have clearance issues though... there shouldn't be any difference right? The eyes are still in the same place

Boomerang shackles are for YJ Wranglers to prevent the front shackles from inverting and to give clearance at the rear crossmember.

The shape doesn't affect ride quality.

If you torqued them less, they're now able to move now easily. Could be why.

Who knows. Too much thinking involved in the engineering of them and the offset pf the bolts. Drinking is easier. Time for a Guinness

How is the quality on the BDS 4.5" short arm kits? I'm getting one put on for free right now so im wondering how hard I can wheel it. Any specific parts I might need to consider replacing?

BDS is very good from what I hear. How'd you manage to get one for free with installation?

We don't typically see many people here running them. (they're a bit pricey) You'll likely need a SYE...

Grandpa knows some guys that own a shop and he cut through one of my brand new shocks try to get the leafs off and he felt guilty.

The shop said that they think I won't need an eSye but for some reason I doubt that. They're putting in a tcase drop kit but we will see.

yeah but $2k guilty? :P

Ditch the t-case drop if you have the cash, it's a band-aid fix. Get a SYE. Even at 4.5" I dunno how well the drop is gonna treat you.

How hard are they to install? Better question is if I have someone do it what's the damage in labor.
