Shackles or full leaf pack. AAL are stiff and don't last.
You don't want a 3" shackle lift on stock packs. You'll destroy them.

Which one will give an inch or so? Id like one inch but a little more would be fine. Also if I am sticking with stock tire dimensions do I get the 7.5" or 8"?

The higher the number, the less it will stick out. Stock backspacing is 5.25". You'll probably want a 7" wheel if you're on stock tires, but if you want to upgrade tire sizes at some point you'll probably want an 8" wheel.

Ok so I'll get the 3.75 back spacing. If I get 8" wheels what size tire do I get? 235/80r15?

You don't need an 8" wide wheel until you get to a 12.5" wide tire. Even if you get 31x10.5s later on, they'll be good on a 7" wheel.

Well you said 235, so the most common would be 235/75R15.

X2 or you if you could find em (kinda hard to come by) you can run some 255/70/15s on stock height and 7"wheels. it'll be about the same overall height but will be as wide as a 31. Definitely give it a stance for stock height

Treadwright.com

I haven't seen a single bad review since the company changed hands four years ago. If they have my size next time I buy, they'll get my money.
