Do you guys like 12.50 or 10.50 width's on your 33 inch tires... I like the look of the skinnier tire. But what are the benefits really?
I have BFG A/T 31's with 10.5 but want to go up to some 33 BFG M/t's

My 33x10.5 KM2's are lighter. I like them alright. Depends on what your terrain is.

I have a similar RE kit, the 4.5 Superflex. After waiting 6 months for the rear to settle that never happened and ended up adding 3/4" spacers in the front. However you might have different results. Best to just wait and see how it turns out. Not that difficult to add them later.

If I go 3 inches, blocks in the back and coil springs in the front, do I need to extend anything? or change control arms etc?

Shocks
Brake line relocation or replacement
Possibly an SYE, depending how your Jeep reacts (Many use a TC drop instead, but that only transfers the problem from the driveshaft to the motor mounts.)
You should install an adjustable track bar at 3", but many will argue with me saying they don't mind having their axle shifted to one side.
Ideally, you should also replace your LCAs, but you can get by without that.
Edit: And extended sway bar links. Good call, Jerry. I forgot that one.
