i have a rear axle from a wrangler and i am wondering if i can put the 4:10 gears from that axle into my dana 35 rear axle of my xj??? any help would be appriciated

I would guess you could but you would still have to set up the gears so you just as we'll buy new ring and pinion they aren't that much money install would be the same.
You could just cut off the perches and reeled then soa and put the whole axle under your xj. If you want to go to the trouble for a d35. I would get a ford 8.8 with 4.10s to swap in
