Default 4.0 to 304/360?
I've got an 87 Cherokee and got to thinking of the old wagoneers that had the 304 or 360 v8. Is it possible to fit one into a Cherokee?

anything is possible.

whether it is worth the effort or not is up to the builder.

Those motors in stock form arent very impressive.

yea if your going to go for a v8 swap id go with a chevy 350 i personally like TBI 350s but the ls1 isn't a bad choice either

I like the 350 for the plain fact that gm motors are so easy to work on.

I really like chevy motors and their reliability. You can do anything if you set your mind to it.
