how can i tell what rear i have the dana 35 or the chrysler 8.25. any one who can help would be greatly apricated

One good way to figure it out is to use the search button as this question has been asked dozens if not hundreds of times.

If you have abs, you have a d35, if not it's a 8.25.

For some reason I wanna say there are acceptions to that statement.

No Chryco has ABS. period. The only axle that has ABS is dana 35

I think you are correct, from what I remember no Chrysler 8.25 has ABS, some of the Dana 35s have ABS, but not all of them.
Could be wrong.

I was getting at the fact that D35s don't all have ABS. So if you don't have ABS, you still may have a D35.
