SJ 8.5 inch lift coils wanting to add 2 inch spacers ( removing factory spacers)
My jeep currently has zero bumpsteer and drives straight as a arrow at 85my mph My shocks are too lobg right now anyways (meant for more lift ) im running RK 3 link long arms, double sheer trackbar and otk steering. So im just curious what if any issues im going to eun into before i install them. (Shipping now) SO does anyone see what problems i may enconter with steering?

Not sure what an SJ is, FSJs have leaves front and rear so not them. I'd suggest some type of high steer. Plan on adding some width because it's going to way tipsy at that height. I'm hoping to drop mine an inch or two to help with that.

OTK raises it about an inch, high steer will raise it anywhere from 3-5". Just curious why you need 10" to clear 35s. If it's not tipsy now your springs must be real stiff and removing the spacers and putting in a longer spring will loosen it up a little unless the new spring has a high spring rate.

looks like he would use the same springs but put 2 inch spacers on it...
I do agree that thats a ton of lift for 35's... but to each there own. with somthing like thsi its hard to say until its put together and aligned. But with a fully adjustable suspension (arms/trac bar/steering ect) I don't see any thing that sticks out. I Haven't seen one lifted that high but I would worry about pinion/drivline angles and steering angles at that hieght.

And for the rear it has skyjacker 7.5 leafs with 1.5 shackles. Ill be adding shackle re-location brackets so ill net around 10" in the rear, absolutely no blocks here!

Try bump stops. I have had a xj pushing over 9" of lift running 35's, IMHO i would not go bigger there is no need for all that up travel. Your rig will be more stable being lower and properly bump stopped.

My jeep sits at aboutt 4 inches oflift with 37's. Its cut, but not a ton. And i took my time and it looks good. Cuttin your jeep is key to fittin bigger meats without the lift!
