Here we all go again bash on a guys ride cuz it does not conform to your ideas. I have around 10 in of lift and 36's ran a d35 bolt in for years before upgrading to a d60 (2 months ago). I did break things but each time it was my right foot that was the problem not the jeep. The height is due to not wanting a chopped up jeep which the OP has mentioned. Sure the off camber stuff is more attention getting but good spotting and careful driving can get you there safely just as the same can be said for no lift stack rocks and winch.

Its just an incapable rig. If you want a mall crawler buy a hummer. We also make fun of guys with IFS trying to run with the big boys and wondering why everythings broken

Welcome to the interwebz. We're not making fun of him because he doesnt conform. None of us conform to anything. We're making fun of the height of the jeep itself.

As for this jeep my goal is to do everything as much right as money allows. I will be getting the high steer knuckle this winter. As for ppl saying u have to coils in the rear in order for it to flex thats just ridiculous and um not going to even touch that.
And btw the drive home was fine, no bump steer or wild things going on. Rides softer now over bumps and drives just like before.

low cog is all the hype these days. lmao. . people build their rigs the way they want, just because of some douche on the forums saying its incapable does not mean it the only way to lift a jeep.. mine is lifted 8.5 with 33's and i wheel it very hard and rub like crazy. some people want more flex and to keep all the wheels on the ground and some just like to swing off other peoples nuts about the low cog ****. do what you want and worry about yourself.

This thread cracked me up! Ya I feel 10" is to high for my taste, but to each his own. I'm sure you could follow use cog guys anywhere, I just wanna see your face doing it! Up for moab rim??? lol
I'm just bustin your ***** man

I'm not saying its the only way to do it. and mines not a LCOG one either. I'm 31s trimmed and will be on 3.5" lift for the extra flex and so i can go to 33s. Not really crazy Lcog but I'd rather not be 3 feet in the air on tiny tires. You havent raised your ground clearence at all because you're still dragging your diff all over the place

x4 I am glad all worked out well for you. Mine drives well also to the trail and back its not a trailer queen yet. It is to each their own. But us non cut up guys dont bust you cut guy ***** about it. In the end we all love to hit our favorite trails or (malls) and we love our jeeps. Besides the more height and ground clearance the bigger the rocks you can play on.

I am not tryin to be an *******, i just do not see how being that high is beneficial in any way.
If your rubbing with 10" of lift then you dont know how to bumpstop correctly. Just because your bigger does not mean you can go over bigger rocks haha why do you think buggys and other rigs of the sort sit so LOW?
Anyways, thats all im gonna say-like its been said before, ITS YOUR RIG, DO WHAT YOU WANT. If thats how you like it and you can go that high without endangering others or yourself then thats great. I would definitly uprgrade axles when money/time allows. Good luck man

My jeep currently has zero bumpsteer and drives straight as a arrow at 85my mph My shocks are too lobg right now anyways (meant for more lift ) im running RK 3 link long arms, double sheer trackbar and otk steering. So im just curious what if any issues im going to eun into before i install them. (Shipping now) SO does anyone see what problems i may enconter with steering?
