The iro kit will flex better because a ra is close to a 3 link... More links = less flex
To answer the q, yes its a good idea to do la 4 link instead of sa 4 link

More links = less flex? what????(double triangulated 4 link)
I would do a 4 link especially if driven on the road because with a radius arm setup you only have 2 rod ends holding your axle to the body in sted of 4 way to scary for me.

I have rock krawlers long arm kit. Three link in front flexes like a gymnast. Triangulated 4link in the rear flexes way more than leafs but if you drive a lot on the hwy keep your leafs. it'll be a better hwy driver with leaf springs. You can always add the 4 link after if you wheel more.

See haha, I read that a 4link is better because it keeps proper geometry while inter extreme flex,
and that a 3link radius arm setup "pulls the axel back as it flexes "
Also why the hell is a bds 4link long arm 2800 bucks!

yup.
ANY longarm will flex more than necessary. you will be limited by other things long before the arms limit it. and at that point the flex is hurting your capability.
and in my opinion IRO is garbage.
they gloat about how its the flexiest system out there and all that. lets see how it works on the trail when the factory 10mm upper link bolt or that cheesy caster adjuster fails.
and thats just the tip of the iceberg lol.

Not trying to hijack, just trying to understand. Someone said the stock Qudra-link or whatever it's called is a 4 link setup, correct? I take it the "4 link" refers to the upper and lower control arms? If this is the case, does a 3 link kit just eliminated the 2 UCA and replace them with a single unit that mounts to the top of the front diff?
