You shouldn't have any vibes at 3 inches. I'm at 3.5 with no tc drop and no problems

Every jeep is different. People get terrible vibes after only a 2" bb. Who knows he might not get any.

90creeper-I WAS going to do a 3" and ended up going 4.75" front,5" rear (on 31's). The 31-10.5 tires on stock wheels will still rub at full lock to lock. Badly. I should have and will get adjustable lower control arms in hopes of fixinging that rubbing problem. From what I hear, the stock front LCA's rub with stock wheels and 31's.

Adjustable lca's will not help with rubbing. The tire is rubbing on the lca which means you need rims with less backspacing or wheel spacers.

Oh, thanks for responding (and saving me the money and hassle) of buying LCA to fix a problem. I guess spacers, longer stop bolts, or wheels (I love my Sahara wheels...just got them) one day.

Pardon the hijack, but what is the minimum size spacer for the Sahara's? I don't really like the "wheels sticking out of the fenders" look. I'm probably in the minority though.
