Default 35s to 33s with AX15

So I have my 96 came with some 35s after me and the PO put the lift on (Rustys 6.5 Long arm). Now my plan for this Jeep is more of a daily driver and camping overland rig. The axles already have air lockers and 4.56s. I wanted to get some input if I switch to a smaller tire specifically 33-12.50-R15s since I already have them on my TJ. Pros and cons. Biggest reason I want to do this is because I don't think for a daily I should be running that big of a tire.

You will be fine running 33s with that setup.

You'll be fine with either tire. I daily my Cherokee on 35s. With the right gear (which you have) it should be fine.

What brand are you Running on it. It doesn't help that I'm running a mud terrain tire. It's good off pavement but it drives like a tank on road. I love how my 33s feel on the road

I'm running 35" Goodyear mtrs. Rides like a tank sounds like too stiff of suspension or too high of tire pressure.

Remember that your speedometer will be a little off. It will read higher than it did with the 35's. So if it reads 60 with the 35's, it'll read maybe 62-63 with the 33's when you're going the exact same speed. It's easy to fix if you decide to stick with the 33's.
