I probably know this answer but if I do a 3 inch lift with 31 inch bfg all terrains will they rub it's on a stock 98 cherokee XJ with a C 8.25 rear axle.

If the tires are on stock rims yes because they don't have enough backspacing. Also might rub your fender flares/ bumper caps

But a set of spidertrax hubcentric spacers will solve this. May rub a tiny bit, but only when flexed fully (mostly plastic pieces with give...no worries).

This has been answered before a thousand times but yes under flex or maybe even full lock, it'll scrub. Correct backspacing and correct bumpstops will go along way. My 31's under a 4.5" lift scrubbed at full stuff.

Slight rubbing can occur. My bro has rubbing with some flex.
