Default 231 Doubler Shifters

So you guys all know that we offer 231/231 and 231/D300 doubler adapters and kits. Who would be interested in a 231 doubler shifter set up?

They would slide in to your existing shifter location and pivot point mount. This will keep the cab sealed from outside noise and elements and keep your stock center console without any cutting needed... Will also come with the linkages.

Click Picture to play.

This is for your transfercase... If you run dual cases. If you meant, will it be COMPATIBLE with the 231 doubler whether it be behind an AW4 or AX15..... Then yes, it does not make a difference.

Do you have them in stock now? Also do you plan on offering the shifter and doubler as a package?

These are in R and D stages. Dont even have a cost yet. Hopefully available within a month and a half if we find there is enough interest to push the project forward.

Yea, thats the plan. Offer our doubler kit, then these and a doubler crossmember as an option. A few companies make 231 doubler adapters, but there is no aftermarket support for those doublers. Especially not anything available compared to the Toyota doublers and aftermarket support. If you have wanted to do a doubler but worried about the other time, cost, and difficulties like, how do I make a shifter? or how do I support the second case? We dont want you to be left out.

Are you familiar with any other CAD tools? Autocad, or Rhino, or even Sketchup? I first started with Autocad and Rhino. Innitially making the switch to Solidworks was difficult. I found my self drawing the parts in programs I was familiar with then finishing them up in Solidworks because I didnt know how to draw the part properly in SW. Once I forced myself to work only in SW and take the time to research when I came to a part I didnt know how to design, designing parts from scratch was much easier than with the other programs. It was also way faster and less headache not having to deal with conversion glitches.

I'm interested in a twin stick that will not require me to lose my center console. I am very close to pulling the trigger on a doubler, but I can't decide whether to do it to my xj(wheeler) or my LJ(dd)!
