Post 2001 cherokee sport lift

I have a 2001 cherokee sport, looking to get a lift on it sometime soon. I already know I'm going with the Dick Ceapek DC-2 rims and probably 31" tires. I'm looking to do a 3 inch lift. What's the best quality lift (with new leaf springs) for the cheapest amout of money? And with the rustys off-road lift can you switch out the steel wheels for some of the Dick Ceapeks?

Rubicon express 3.5 Super Ride is what I have. I like it. Paired with Bilstein shocks and you have a pretty common set up. If you type "cherokee forum" into google and then your question you get some pretty detailed results. Just saying.

OME, BDS, Rubicon Express are all options you cant go wrong with. you can go cheaper but you sacrifice quality for price.
