Eventually the zombies would be wiped out and civilization could be rebuilt.

Excellent points. And no one will know for sure how long it'll take to get control back. Which is why I'd like a renewable food and fuel source.

Start saving all your pennies that were made before 1981.

Anything 1980 and older is solid copper. Midway through 1981 they moved to a tin core.

Don't ask how I know that. I'm not even sure.

thats one of those senseless knowledge things that just pop up, have those every now and then, usually just blurted out in the middle of a conversation that has nothing to do with it.

only thing is those are really slow and a horde of zombies would swarm that thing... because the average zombie can run 20-40 mph XD

AWESOME! I like that we are thinking similarly.

In regards to the speed "issue," it's a crisis emergency... who said you have to follow regulated use speeds?

And "rear-end" protection could be spikes and fencing etc.
