The right type of prisoners would be great to be friends with when **** goes down. A good portion of them know how to use a weapon, are tough and generally the type of people who would be excellent zombie hunters.
Here's the thing with zombies: Assuming that X portion of the population got infected, there will still be Y portion of the population who would be infection free, remain that way and reproduce, all while cutting down the numbers of zombies as time goes on. Eventually the zombies would be wiped out and civilization could be rebuilt.

Just give me 4 wheel drive, i will be in the mountains in kentucky where i can grow my own food, brew my own drink and I will carry my own guns instead of mounting them to my jeep.
Anything 1980 and older is solid copper. Midway through 1981 they moved to a tin core.

Don't ask how I know that. I'm not even sure.

thats one of those senseless knowledge things that just pop up, have those every now and then, usually just blurted out in the middle of a conversation that has nothing to do with it.
