My thought is keep therig somewhat light. Front bumper with guard to help move vehicles drive through a hoard that surprised you etc, etc. Keep mainly food and water and some ammo in the rig. Some sort of window protection. Rear tire carrier with Jerry cans. Roof lights. Not to always use bit sometimes you gotta light up. And then pull an offroad trailer that would have another spare tire, all my cooking stuff. Extra ammo, gas, water, shelter.
What exactly id want to also depends on what I need the jeep for. Am I living out of it or is it just a scout vehicle from my home base.

I currently have 2 months worth of food ready to go. I keep all my food stocks in shallow bins that if need be I could grab out of the pantry and load into the truck within 20 minutes, that includes food, water, clothes and personal protection.
Thats not just for zombies.
As for Zombies I'd head to northern Ontario, Moose creek specifically and hold out there. Lots of land to live off and its 8 hours drive from anything, i do mean ANYTHING.

X3 no how to fish Hunt trap , purify water, crest shelter fire safe storage, alarms for intruders. Best bet is to go in the woods up in the mountain and build shelter or get lucky and find a cabin. Or know somebody with a cabin and kick them out lol. Always have multiple quick easy exit plans. As stupid as it may sounds whenever I go to party's, wheeling , stores anywhere I drive I make sure I have a clean exit if need be. Whether that's backin in. Or jumping the curb. It's the little things that count
