You know you drive an XJ when...
you've had it less than a year and all your friends/co-workers are already sick of hearing/getting shown what you did to/with it over your days off.
you've never worked on trucks before but now have a large toolbox and a Haynes manual and you can actually do most of what the books says.
you used to have money but since you bought it you're broke and the paychecks for the foreseeable future are already marked for future mods/replacements.

Your girlfriend waits for you to get in because she needs to grab your hand to get in because the lift is too high for her to get in herself....haha (that actually happens to me)

happens to me everytime she rides with me. and when it comes to skirts or tight jeans i get to pick her up... i might buy a stool for her haha

yeah i know the feeling. just teh other day i waas coming back from mudding and there was a civic next to me and i looked at him and just laughed. its sad. cause when a civic with lots of add ons gets beat by a 2WD 5spd Jeep Cherokee on 31's and a 3.5in lift kit you have to laugh!!!!!
