Could a faulty CPS cause cylinders to misfire and run rough? I've got every thing replaced except that and it unexpectedly shut off before and had to wait to start it again. Any of any answers for this? Please let me know..

Ok we'll when I bought it they said it would stall on them after couple miles of driving.after I bought it I had to get a lot fixed so here's the list.
1)Had a blown head gasket. That was fixed and takin to the machinist to get the head cut.all new complete headset with new bolts and all.
2)new radiator and hoses
3) new distributor cap and rotor
4)new ignition coil
5)new oil filer and oil change
6)new champion spark plugs
7)new wires "Bosch"
8)codes were still reading cycling #2 and #4 misfiring so replaced fuel injectors for those cylinders and still a misfire for those 2 cylinders.
9)all new sensors were replaced except for the CPS
I think that's everything and after all that still getting the same thing for same cylinders misfiring and is running ruff very shaky at idle like if I am light not as bad when driving but still rough...

A CPS isn't gonna cause isolated misfires. If you want to replace it as a matter of course, probably not a bad idea.
Have you performed a compression check on the engine?
