The cheap plastic sleeve thing inside the door panel that is responsible for getting the power windows up and down.... WTF were they thinking?

Oh, and how almost every XJ has to have its rear view mirror just fallff the windshield at some point.

How there is no covers between the door and the outside so when you go off-roading mud and dirt get inside on the plastic ledge.

an alternator located at the bottom of and engine on a 4x4 thats always in mud or water.....come on jeep could have figured something better than that...

Lack of head room. I have to lean the seat back to keep my head off the head liner.

Not having a 5 speed auto trans.. I hate driving on the highway cruising at 2200-2300 rpm... would save gas with the 5th gear
