Default Xj pet peeves!

I know we all got those things that bug us and their are threads similar to this but what really gets under ur skin as an Xj owner? Or jeep in general? I can't stand when people call a straight six a v6 or people refer to tires as wheels lol it's also aggravating when people say "oh did u get a body lift?" what bugs u guys?

I also can't stand where they decided to locate the oil filter. They couldn't of placed it in a easier to access spot? But that may just be me

They should have had a remote oil filter like chevy used on the blazers (relax I don't like chevy more than jeep).

For that matter, why for the love of ***, if the aw4 trans runs so hot, did jeep not put a trans cooler on all the xj's?

But I still want to know why did jeep get rid of the xj in the first place.

YES! I hate calling Autozone on a price of a part and after telling them I have a 1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ the next thing they ask is "Is it a regular Cherokee?".

I think they should bring the Xj back in place of the patriot or compass. Jeep was never about luxury and style it was about performance and being rugged

lack of a true ridged frame. the **** poor head lights, lack of cup holders on the pre 97s the small wheel wells that even with cutting wont clear a larger tire with out major surgery, the lack of any anti seize on the leaf spring and rear shock bolts.
