Personally I would go for the 94 because i prefer the first gen bodystyle, its really up to you. Find out the mileage of the 00, how well the lifts are installed, and make sure the 00 doesn't have a cylinder head with casting number 0331 (those are known to crack if you overheat, which you will)
Also, are these both in Aurora, or in different parts of CO?

The 2000 has 120000 miles. Both lifts installed professionally along with all sye and driveshafts. I like the 94 more as well. What are some pros and cons I should look for. And one is in lakewood one is in co springs

Like I mentioned, the 0331 head that cracks on the 00 and 01 models.
Older ones are a bit easier to work on and modify, especially the engine and interior.
Newer ones have a much fancier interior
The c8.25 axle used in the newer XJs is a much stronger differential than the old c8.25, same with the d30s.
The 00 will have a slight amount more power because of some refinements to the engine.

I'm probably forgetting a few things, but off the top of my head, there is a short list of pros/cons.

Sooo if I were to put the 4.7 liter engine in tht I want. (Look in my other recent threads) into the 94 it would have 280 horsepower so I think that's what ill do! Like the idea???

Also that stroker fits perfectly into mine the guy said! So that's even better! Then I am going to take the axles off that jeep with the 4.7 throw them on the 94 and have a and so ill have an 89 with a 94 engine and axles and ill have a 94 with a nice setup in engine and axles all for like 7500 then I can resell the 89 for 2000 and only be into the 94 with a brand new stroker and nice axles and everything for around 5500! Like the idea???

The 4.7 would be awesome but definitely replace the axles, those have enough torque to shred the stock ones.

Ya exactly hahah that's why I would buy the 94 for 3500 then the 89 for 4300 switch the axles and gears and engines over and then sell the 89 for a couple thousand like 2300 and have like 7800 total - 2300 so I would have spent 5500 on the 94 with a 4.7 stroker a trussed ford 9 rear and 30 front plus a ton of other **** ! Think its a good deal????
