This is obviously directed toward me because of this thread.

Lets clarify this a little so no one misunderstands me.

-That thread was simply me having a little fun and being obviously more ridiculous than the real threads about people wanting lifts are. If I thought people were dumb for asking questions about lifts then I'd be a hypocrite because I'm sure I have asked questions about them in the past. That thread was not intended to mock anyone nor hurt anyone's feelings.

-of course it sometimes bothers me when I read threads that I can't understand, but it bothers everyone. It was simply an exaggerated playful thread.

-do I not respond often to questions about simple things that get asked over and over? I just did today about a sea foam question. yes you could search and find 25 threads about it but i answered his question anyway.

I'm never disrespectful on here and I try as best I can to answer what I know I can answer. If anyone disagrees then I'd like to hear your opinions.

absolutly! one person's tone sets the course for other to follow in a thread and carry on for the rest of the forum (could be any forum for that matter). if everyone is collective and supportive, others will feel the same way and follow suit. but, if someone comes in and starts ranting, bashing, and raving, it's gets others in a tizzy.

when it come s down to it, everyone needs to check their egos at the door before logging in. i know it's difficult for some, but if the vast majority can do that, then it really does set the bar and help everyone else.

i am a mod on another forum and a member of a number of other forums and have never been told i was going to be suspended like i have on here. someone got rude (i felt) to me and i reciprocated in a way i didn't feel was rude but someone did. this forum is different then any other i have ever been on and its alot smaller then most forums i am on so that is the only thing i can figure.

you guys ever hear that funny little saying about fighting on the internet?

fighting on the internet is like running in the special olympics, even if you win, you are still retarded.

oh, sorry. you get the picture though.

who cares if some asks a question again. what the heck else do you have to do, your already here. answer the thing or shut up. you already hit reply, grow up and tell them something useful.

Get in on what? The OP and myself (the Mod in question) have come to an understanding and the issue as far as were concerned is settled.

Well I've got a comfortable seat, a cold beverage, and some cashews. It's boring here so I'll check the other threads.
