Default Winter tires.

Ok guys so right now I currently have km2s 32x11.5r15 on my jeep which equals death on ice or hard snow. So I'm looking for winter tires. I'm thinking of getting the general grabbers AT2s, but I'm not sure wether to get 33x10.5r15 or the same size as my mud tires.

Does a 33x10.5 fit well with a 4.5" lift? Any trimming needed? Also do you guys recommend using studs? I want to have the ultimate snow machine

I looking to get 33x10.5 because the rumor is pizza cutter tires work best in snow.

Thanks!

Skinny tires work good in both mud and snow. But, only when it is shallow enough to find bottom. They will work great on the street. Once it's over a foot or so you want flotation. The 33x10.50s will fit fine. But km2s are not that bad in the snow. A lot of people sipe the center tread and supposedly it makes them a whole new tire in the snow. I was thinking about doing this before this winter. If it's ever going to snow.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I'm still a bit skeptical on tire sipping nor do I know anyone that does it in my area. Does sipping affect tire wear? I still don't believe my mud tire will perform like a winter because of a couple little cuts lol

Also the grabber at2's don't come in 33x10.5r15! Fail! Anyone know of a good winter tire that comes in that size? Preferably studdable.
