Default Winch mount

What should I use to mount my 9000 lb supwerwinch to my bumper. Steel thickness??? I'm not sure what will hold up. Thanks for help given.

Ok that's what I was thinking. At harbor freight they have a plate says for 9000 but it looks to thin I think.

That plate will work fine but what do you plan on mounting it to? Your factory bumper is slightly stronger than tin foil and you'll rip it off the first time you use it.

Plate thickness isn't the problem mounting a winch on a Cherokee, it is how you mount the plate to the Cherokee. ( You don't have a frame or a bumper that will work without tie in brackets. )

only use that for recovery if it has 5 bolts into the unibody per side. if it is in the factory 3 bolts. do not use it for recovery until you make proper mounts
