Default Why is Smittybilt XRC Tire Carrier so cheap at Summit Racing?

Hi guys,

I'm searching for a rear bumper for my Jeep. I like the Smittybilt XRC rear tire carrier a lot, and I found a great price on it at Summit Racing. Almost "too great". If you look closely at the pictures a lot of little parts look different between the Summit Racing bumper and the same bumper on other sites (d-ring tabs, tire mount, hitch rings, etc). Can anybody tell me why it's different, and whether the bumper from Summit Racing is going to be as good as the others?

While we're at it, if you have one of these from Summit or elsewhere, how do you like it?

Amazon has that part # listed as just the swing away tire carrier and not the bumper.

.I'm assuming that's what summit is selling too. That would be a too good to be true price, but I'd buy one.

The one you linked to on the Summit site is the bumper only. Check the description.
