Why OLD Fram's are awsome.

Was going threw my friends barn and found a Fram oil racing filter back from the 60s before Honeywell bought it. All i have to say is if they still made them like that I would buy them, metal end-caps stitched filters, and the filters were nice and sturdy.

Fram has a large portion of the DYI marketshare, if they are as bad as people say they are, there would be piles of cars lining the freeways with blown engines.

I am not one of those people saying Fram is a car murder but if they had a good product and sold out to make money not quality. Can't blame them alot of MA-PA stuff is really good before it hits main steam.
