I got my first Jeep XJ in July 2011. I'm in love with it and could never imagine myself selling it. I always hear stories of people who sell and regret it. Just looking for stories on reasons why they sold their Jeeps.

 

I might seriously consider selling mine if gas hits $5 a gallon, in fact I probably would. That would be the only reason i might sell it, though I can't see that price in the near future.

I was going to sell my first one out for parts after it got totaled, but after crunching some numbers I decided to just fix it. I would be coming out about the same either way, if i started over and I already put in so much time on the first one.

 

I sold my 91 2 door to buy a 98 4 door lol

 

well first i wheel with them. then when they are too tweaked to wheel, i wheel on them

 

Nice! If anything is allowed to drive over an xj. It'd be another xj.

 

I'm selling my current one to buy a 4x4 xj

 

My old one sold itself to a salvage yard thanks to another driver... I have 4wd XJ now.
